Each reading is written fresh against your computed chart and the answers you give. Nothing is pre-written. As each new system ships, every active Atlas subscriber receives a re-issued reading at no additional cost — your subscription tracks the systems, not the moment-in-time snapshot.
Your birth data (date, time, place) and any free-text questions you ask are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your reading. Anthropic does not train its models on this content. Atlas stores your readings on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers + R2 storage, US region). We never sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. No one on our team routinely reads your readings or Q&A conversations. Request full deletion of your account and reading history at any time — we process deletion within 30 days. (The free Glimpse tier is rate-limited per IP and per email to keep abuse out of the system; no birth data is retained from free readings.)
If your reading does not generate (rare; system errors), we refund automatically. If your reading generates but doesn't land for you, email within 7 days and we'll review — every reading is unique enough that refund cases are evaluated individually.

You can still order. House placements, the Ascendant, and Human Design Authority / Variables are approximate without a time. The narrative names where the approximation is and lean on the time-independent layers (Numerology core numbers, Sun sign, established outer-planet transit windows).
