Where your data lives

Atlas does not run analytics SDKs inside the reading or Q&A flow. Atlas does not share reading content with advertisers, data brokers, or affiliate marketing partners. No content is retained for model training. Account deletion is processed within 30 days of request.

What happens to your data

Your birth data (date, time, place) and any free-text questions you ask are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your reading. Anthropic does not train its models on this content. Atlas stores your readings on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers + R2 storage, US region). We never sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. No one on our team routinely reads your readings or Q&A conversations. Request full deletion of your account and reading history at any time. We process deletion within 30 days.

The free Glimpse tier is rate-limited per IP and per email to keep abuse out of the system. No birth data is retained from free Glimpse readings.

Questions that mention other people

Atlas's Q&A engine can analyze any names or details you include in your questions. When you ask about another person (a partner, family member, friend), that person's information becomes part of your reading and may be processed by the AI model. Atlas does not contact, track, or store profiles on people you mention. Only your reading retains your wording. Be mindful when sharing third-party details.

Cancellation and deletion

Account deletion is one click in account settings, not a support email request.

On confirm, your account is immediately inaccessible. Your readings, Q&A history, and chart data are fully removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained for tax and dispute purposes (US tax law requires 7-year retention; payment records are stored by Stripe under its own policy, not by Atlas).

You receive an email confirmation when the deletion request is received. Reply within the 30-day window to cancel.

What Atlas deliberately does NOT do

• Atlas does not share statistical chat content with third-party services. Our pipeline is Anthropic + Cloudflare + Fly + Resend + Stripe. There is no fifth service. Some category competitors reserve the right to share "statistical chat information" with third-party providers; Atlas does not.
• Atlas does not retain anonymized residue after deletion. Our commitment is full deletion within 30 days, no anonymized retention. Some category competitors retain anonymized signal indefinitely; Atlas does not.
• Atlas names its LLM vendor. Anthropic Claude is named explicitly on this page and in product. Some category competitors describe their LLM as "AI" without naming the vendor; Atlas names it.
• Atlas names its infrastructure stack. The five services above are listed publicly. Some category competitors describe their infrastructure as "secure cloud" without naming providers; Atlas names them.

Business operations

Atlas to Becoming is operated by Under Control Entertainment LLC dba My Own Becoming, a Nevada limited liability company. The chart-compute library, the curated frameworks, the prompts, and the product are built and operated by Tim Mondell.

If Atlas's ownership or operating entity changes (merger, acquisition, asset transfer), customer data and reading history are not transferred to a buyer for any purpose other than continuing to operate Atlas. Customers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any ownership change that affects how their data is handled, with a one-click deletion option available throughout that window.

This page is the customer-facing summary of Atlas's privacy posture. A more detailed legal policy (lawyer-readable) will be linked here when counsel is engaged. The four claims above are durable commitments. Any change that weakens them will be announced with a 30-day notice window and a one-click deletion path.
