The plain version: what Atlas gives you, what it deliberately is not, and the simple rules that keep it working for everyone.

These terms govern your use of Atlas to Becoming (the "Service"), operated by Under Control Entertainment LLC dba My Own Becoming, a Nevada limited liability company ("Atlas," "we," "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a reading, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Atlas reads your birth chart through multiple symbolic frameworks (numerology, astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and additional systems) and weaves them into a single integrated reading. Charts are computed from the Swiss Ephemeris and curated framework logic; readings are written by Anthropic's Claude under prompts and structure designed by Atlas. The Service includes free and paid tiers, an optional question-and-answer feature, and account tools for accessing what you have purchased.
Readings are offered for personal insight and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional. Atlas does not diagnose, treat, or predict health, legal, or financial outcomes. Do not make medical, legal, financial, or other significant life decisions solely on the basis of a reading. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any reading.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Paid readings are tied to the email you provide at purchase. Access to your reader portal is granted by a one-time magic link sent to that email, so keep your email secure and current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Account deletion is one click in account settings; see the Privacy page for how deletion and data retention work.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change over time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase. One-time readings are charged once. Any subscription product (for example, a recurring daily or cyclical reading) renews automatically at the stated interval until you cancel, and you may cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; Atlas does not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added.
Because readings are generated and delivered as digital content the moment you order, completed readings are generally non-refundable. If a reading fails to generate, is delivered incomplete, or you are charged in error, contact us and we will make it right, by regenerating the reading or issuing a refund at our discretion. Free tiers carry no charge and no refund. Subscription cancellations stop future billing and do not refund the current period unless required by law.
Free tiers are rate-limited per IP and per email to keep abuse out of the system. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms.
Atlas's question-and-answer feature can analyze any names or details you include. When you ask about another person, that person's information becomes part of your reading and may be processed by the AI model. Atlas does not contact, track, or build profiles on people you mention. You are responsible for the information you choose to share, and you should be mindful when including details about others. See the Privacy page for specifics.
The Atlas system, including its chart-compute library, curated framework logic, prompts, structure, copy, and design, is owned by Atlas and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the readings you purchase for your own personal use. The text of your individual reading is yours to keep and use privately. You may not use Atlas's underlying system, prompts, or framework logic to build or train a competing product.
Atlas relies on a named set of providers: Anthropic (reading generation), Cloudflare (storage and delivery), Fly.io (chart computation), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where they apply. Atlas is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Atlas does not warrant that readings will be accurate, complete, or suited to any particular purpose, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any outcome will result from following a reading.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Atlas in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
